All wines are 750ml unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges apply to all products sold unless otherwise specified and must be selected from the options in the Shopping Cart before submitting the order.
Processing of your payment and shipping of the goods indicates our acceptance of your order and offer to purchase.
Orders are processed within 48hrs of receipt of payment and funds cleared.
Your order is packed to a very high standard to protect against damage during shipment.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced at Yilgarnia Wine’s discretion, please contact us at your earliest convenience quoting the Australia Post consignment number (on the carton) to facilitate processing.
Yilgarnia Wines dispatches all wine ordered from the cellar door in Denmark within 3 working days of receipt of your order using Australia Post. Delivery time will vary dependent on your location, but Australia Post recommends 8 days be allowed for all deliveries.
At our discretion we may offer you a refund on your purchase or an exchange if we agree with you that there is a major problem with our wine as supplied. This may happen when the wine you receive is significantly different from the description of the wine on our website. When this happens we may require you to return the wine to us. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase and make it available to us if we ask for it.
